1 Introduction

Welcome to bdeasy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bdeasy ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdeasy website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services available at bdeasy.vip.

By registering an account on bdeasy, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bdeasy platform.

These Terms apply to all players using bdeasy, including those accessing the platform via the bdeasy mobile app. Additional terms may apply to specific games or promotions — where they do, those additional terms will be clearly stated at the point of participation.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on bdeasy, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a bdeasy employee.

bdeasy reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any bonuses received.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one bdeasy account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, bdeasy will close all associated accounts and void any balances or bonuses held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. This information is used to verify your identity and process your withdrawals. bdeasy will never share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes — see Section 10 for full details.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. bdeasy will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

• Account registration is free and takes under two minutes.
• You must verify your contact details before making your first withdrawal.
• bdeasy may request additional identity documents (KYC) before processing large withdrawals.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee or closure.

4 Deposits

bdeasy accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your bdeasy wallet in BDT. There is no currency conversion and no exchange rate risk.

Deposits are typically credited to your bdeasy account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your mobile banking provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• bdeasy does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• bdeasy reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit the wrong amount.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from bdeasy are processed to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. Withdrawals to a different payment account require additional verification.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of the request being submitted. During periods of high demand or for accounts requiring additional verification, processing may take longer. bdeasy processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.

• bdeasy does not charge fees on standard withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are only available once your account identity has been verified.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6.
• bdeasy reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud or compliance investigations.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bdeasy offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

All bonuses awarded by bdeasy carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated before you opt in.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• bdeasy reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

7 Gameplay and Fair Play

All games available on bdeasy use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. This means every result is genuinely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party — including bdeasy itself. The RNG systems used on the platform are independently tested and certified.

bdeasy offers a range of games including Blackjack, Callbreak Quick, Crash, Wild Bounty Showdown, Monster Triple, and BetterLive Live. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bdeasy. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Creating more than one account on bdeasy.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment account to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the bdeasy platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using bdeasy for any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the bonus system by creating multiple accounts or using fraudulent payment methods to claim bonuses.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdeasy staff or other players.

bdeasy cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Any activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct will be reported to the relevant authorities and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.

9 Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdeasy shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from:
